We guarantee your complete satisfaction with the workmanship and materials of the appliance you purchased. If, for any reason, the device is not acceptable at the time of receipt or at the time of insertion, we shall adjust, repair or replace the appliance at no charge. Simply return the device together with an explanation of the problem and your request for a device adjustment, repair or replacement.
Remake Policy
Warranty Terms and Conditions
- National Dentex Labs will remake or repair the original product for lab errors, material failure or defects in workmanship (not wear and tear or discoloration) within the product warranty period.
- Fit-related remakes submitted within one month of the initial invoice will be remade at no additional charge, provided the patient has followed the recommended care and hygiene instructions.
- Remakes requiring prep reduction, re-prep, material or shade changes, or adjustments related to insufficient clearance, lack of parallelism, undercuts, or other clinical considerations will be subject to a 100% charge.
- Relines and reline adjustments are not included under temporary use product warranties.
- Removable restorations must be returned to the laboratory for evaluation to determine warranty eligibility.
- Eligible defective products will be replaced with a product of equal value. If a higher-value replacement is selected, the difference in cost will apply.
- Product warranties apply to the original doctor and patient and are not transferable.
- Warranty coverage is contingent upon adherence to the laboratory’s technical recommendations.
