COVID-19 Message from NDX Chief Executive Officer & President, Mr. Tom Daulton

At National Dentex Labs, our goal every day is to support the important role you play in treating your patients and serving your community. As a nation, we are facing unprecedented challenges due to the threat of the COVID-19 pandemic.  We are here to support you!  I want to share with you the proactive measures we have implemented to protect our employees while continuing to serve your practice.
 
We are taking the following steps to continue our excellent service to you:
  • Our laboratories are practicing stringent quality control measures and are following all OSHA guidelines to ensure that your cases are prepared in clean environments, free from germs or viruses. We ask that you please remind your staff to disinfect all items leaving your offices to help us in this effort.
  • We have increased the frequency and degree of cleaning and sanitization throughout our facilities.
  • We are following guidance from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control & Prevention and the World Health Organization.
  • Visitor access to our facilities is temporarily restricted to employees only.  We are suspending all lab patient services (in-lab shade taking, shade matching and case adjustments). Please refrain from sending any patients to our NDX labs.
  • Company-sponsored gatherings and live educational events, scheduled prior to April 17, 2020, are postponed.  Registered attendees will also be notified via event-specific emails.  In the meantime, we offer on-line educational resources at www.nationaldentex.com.
  • Our employee travel is restricted to only essential travel.
  • Our Sales Representatives will call prior to any appointment to verify if you would like a personal visit or if you prefer for us to serve your needs over the phone or online.
  • We are taking additional measures to protect and ensure the continuity of our manufacturing and shipping operations to help you deliver quality care to your patients. 
  • Our case turnaround times are currently unaffected, and we are working diligently to ensure you do not experience any delays.
We stand ready to support you and the needs of your practice during this difficult time. As a dental community, and as a nation, we will get through this together.  We hope you and your family remain healthy and unaffected by this outbreak.
